No. This is a complete guide to doing Whole30 correctly with food examples and strategies. I do give examples of meals and meal ideas, as well as lots of snack ideas! However, there are no recipes included, as there are just too many to choose from. You’re encouraged to use cookbooks and recipes that look good to you! I recommend several cookbooks in the guide that are readily available.
